How long does KYC and onboarding take?
From document submission to production keys — from one business day. Timing depends on document completeness and jurisdiction. You can start testing in sandbox right after signup, without waiting for verification.
Which countries are accepted?
SBP and cards — for payers in Russia. USDT TRC-20 — globally, no geographic limits. We do not work with UN-sanctioned regions (Iran, DPRK, Syria, Crimea, DPR/LPR).
Is there a sandbox?
Yes. After merchant signup you get a sandbox environment with test API keys, mock PSPs and a callback simulator. No real money involved.
Can I get a webhook HMAC sample?
Yes — ready-to-use snippets for Go, Node.js, Python and PHP are at docs.krepta.net/webhooks. Signature covers body + timestamp, secret rotated from the dashboard.
How are chargebacks handled?
For cards — standard VISA/Mastercard dispute procedure. We provide evidence packs and work with the acquirer. USDT has no chargebacks: on-chain transactions are irreversible.
What happens during traffic spikes?
The payment API scales horizontally. The router distributes load across PSPs automatically. If a provider degrades — failover to a backup.
Are there setup fees or subscriptions?
No. On Starter and Growth you only pay a fee on successful transactions. White-label and custom-domain are paid add-ons on demand.
How are funds withdrawn?
USDT TRC-20 to your wallet or RUB to your bank account via partner-bank. Daily payouts or on-demand from the dashboard. $10-equivalent minimum.
How does support work?
Requests are handled by @Krepta_Support_Bot with email escalation handled within the business day. Larger merchants get a dedicated channel on request.
